C.C S2 Ep 7: Lisa O'Connor on Independant Filmmaking

Our epsiode this week is an absolute treat for the ears! Lisa O'Connor, an incredibly talented Actor and Writer sat down with us to talk about her thrilling creative journey so far; from her childhood in Ireland, time spent in Australia, to making the big move over to London to pursue her dreams. We discuss at length the making of Lisa's beautiful debut short film 'Fleeting' - which she wrote and starred in - a poignant, timely story about a young woman called Saoirse, who flies home to Ireland to cast her vote to repeal the eighth amendment and whilst she's there, meets her dad who is firmly against the bill, for a quick pint. Lisa is refreshingly honest about the entire filmmaking process, there is so much to take away here if you're also wanting to pursue independent filmmaking yourself.
